Oil lobbiest are really powerful in the USA. There are cars with better fuel ratings that are ready for the market, yet these vehicles are not “allowed” in many states. Here is an article i read.
Ever feel like James bond in a car? The Volvo C70 will make you feel just that. Plus enable you to enjoy driving anywhere in style and passion. The refined design with the sturdiness of a Volvo delivers a big punch in every class of vehicle. If you can afford it, i say go for it.
I could not believe this. Unfortunately i could not test it either, so have to take their word for it. Paying so much and getting something that does little to protect us. I guess where it lacks in safety it makes up in style, status and performance.
What is more important to you, its best you decide.
I explained this to a friend recently and felt i should let the world know this. Did you know you can use regular priced gas instead of filling your luxury car with premium gas? The only difference is that you may see a slight decrease in car performance. With todays gas prices, I don’t mind if my luxury car gets 200 HP instead of 210HP. Isn’t it something that the oil companies have been able to market the same gas, going through a slightly different process being priced 10-20% more? I guess they figured if you can pay so much more for a luxury car, why don’t they sell you gas for a little more.
What do you think? If you want more info on this read the press release below.
I got to test drive this car, and this commercial says it all. It corners well, just keeps me nicely tucked in the seat while making heads turn with its sophisticated style, luxury and awesome handling.
With the new 2007 Volkswagen EOS you can experience for yourself the difference of a hard top convertible vs a soft top convertible at a reasonable price. Amazing pickup which beats the BMW 235, and 200 horses this is a formidable car if you like the way it looks. The only other car in its class is the Volvo C70 which costs $10,000 more. Check out the video below to see for yourself this sweet ride!
I love it when we get sneak peaks at the latest cars before they hit the market. Here is the upcoming Audi RS6 about to be released to the market. I always see Audis as equals to Mercedes and BMWs but, see them as the non flashy versions of that luxury car segment. So what do you think of this puppy?
You can fast forward to the middle where you see the Audi RS6
I think americans like spacey cars to be able to fit the “average” American sized person. These cars tend to also be of a lower horse power and are not that great is hauling the “average” American weighted person. Now factor in the fact that “average american” consumes more food and products than the rest of the world he also needs more space to carry bigger things around. Finally the “average” American needs to travel at faster speeds to travel their longer distances per day and they rather be in a big car in case of an accident instead of the smaller cars.
I am not calling “average” Americans too fat for small cars by my first few examples, just that small cars dont fit into our lifestyles that well.
It seems like the latest in “eco-friendly” cars. Air cars have speeds up to 68 MPH and can go about 115 Miles before they need refuling. Unfortunately they have yet to figure out how to ”air them up” by using non-coal or gas means. I think the world will take these cars more seriously when that happens. Besides I think their fibre glass body makes them very unsafe and I think until they make them more safe, and until they figure out how to load this car with “non-fossil-fuel” based compressed air, these cars will just be novelties. What do you think?
